Please contact the office as soon as possible so we can help you reschedule.
Same-day appointments may be available. Please call or text us at 386-299-5262. Online booking is available for appointments made at least 12 hours in advance.
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be subject to the following fee:
New Patient Appointment: $50
Established Patient Appointment: $25
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and fees may be waived at the discretion of C² Collins Chiropractic.
